HOW IT WORKS
1. TELL US WHAT YOU NEED
Complete the Custom Package Request Form and tell us about your business, goals, platforms, content needs, and the type of support you’re looking for.
2. WE REVIEW & BUILD YOUR PACKAGE
Radiant Rise Creative will review your request and determine the services, deliverables, scope, and estimated timeline that best fit your needs.
3. YOU RECEIVE YOUR CUSTOM QUOTE
You’ll receive a customized proposal outlining your recommended services, pricing, and scope. You’ll have the opportunity to review everything before deciding to move forward.
4. APPROVE & GET STARTED
Once you approve your package, you’ll complete the required client agreement, payment, and onboarding process. Then we’ll begin planning your project or monthly services.
No guessing and no paying for services you don’t need - your package is built around your business.
BEFORE YOU GET STARTED
A few things to know before we begin:
- Submitting a Custom Package Request does not create a client relationship or guarantee availability.
- Customer services, deliverables, pricing, and timelines are determined based on the individual scope of your request.
- Any quote or proposal provided will apply only to the services and deliverables specifically listed in that proposal.
- Custom Package pricing may be structured as a one-time project fee, recurring monthly fee, or another agreed-upon arrangement, depending on the scope.
- Additional services or changes requested after the scope has been approved may require an additional fee and/or revised timeline.
- You’ll need to provide all information, brand materials, photos/assets, account access/permissions, and other materials required for your specific services.
- Work does not begin until the required client agreement, applicable Statement of Work, payment, and onboarding requirements have been completed.
- Turnaround times and service start dates begin once all required information, materials, approvals, payment, and applicable account access have been received.
- Custom Package services are subject to availability and the applicable client agreement and Statement of Work.
- Services not specifically included in your approved scope are not included in your Custom Package.
