HOW IT WORKS

Choose the Full Presence Package and complete the required client onboarding information so we can learn about your business, brand, audience, goals, and social media needs.

2. WE STRATEGIZE & MANAGE

Using your brand information and goals, Radiant Rise Creative plans and creates your monthly posts, captions, Stories, carousels, short-form videos, and supporting content strategy.

We also handle scheduling, publishing, and the included engagement support for Facebook + Instagram.

3. REVIEW, APPROVE & PUBLISH

You’ll review your content before it’s finalized. The package includes one consolidated revision round, so requested changeS can be submitted together.

Once approved, your content will be scheduled and published to Facebook + Instagram throughout the month.

BEFORE YOU GET STARTED

A few things to know before we begin:

The Full Presence Package is designed for one business/brand.
Management services included in this package cover Facebook + Instagram.
You’ll need to provide the necessary account access/permissions so Radiant Rise Creative can schedule, publishing, monitor, and provide the included management services.
You’ll need to provide your logo, brand colors, business information, photos/assets (when applicable), offers, promotions, important dates, and other materials needed to create accurate content.
Content will be submitted for your approval before publishing.
One consolidated revision round.
Additional revisions or services outside the package scope may require an additional fee.
Engagement support includes monitoring and basic responses/interaction within the agreed scope. It does not include 24/7 monitoring, crisis management, extensive customer-service handling, or guaranteed response times unless separately agreed upon.
You remain responsible for providing accurate business information and promptly communicating changes to pricing, promotions, policies, hours, products, services, or other information that could affect your content.
Turnaround and monthly service timelines begin once all required information, materials, payment, onboarding documents, approvals, and account access have been received.
Services and deliverables are subject to the applicable client agreement and Statement of Work.
