Radiant Rise Creative FAQs
Radiant Rise Creative FAQ #1: What services does Radiant Rise Creative offer?
Radiant Rise Creative offers creative marketing, social media, branding, and design services created with small businesses and entrepreneurs in mind.
Services may include social media content creation and strategy, captions, Stories, carousels, content planning, profile optimization, branding support, marketing plans, materials, logo design, and other custom creative projects.
Some services are available individually, while others may include in packages or ongoing monthly services.
Because every business has different needs, not every client needs the same combination of services. If you're unsure what would make the most sense for your business, you can submit an inquiry or schedule a free discovery call to discuss what you're currently working on and where you may need support.
Radiant Rise Creative FAQ #2: Who does Radiant Rise Creative work with?
Radiant Rise Creative primarily works with small businesses, entrepreneurs, independent professionals, and growing brands that want help creating a clearer, more consistent, and professional presence.
You do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out. Some clients may already have an established brand and simply need help with content or design, while others may be starting from the beginning and need more guidance developing their visual direction, marketing materials, or online presence.
Radiant Rise Creative is based in Florida, but many services can be provided virtually, which means you do not necessarily need to be located in Florida to work together.
If you're unsure whether your business, project, or idea is a good fit, you're welcome to submit an inquiry or schedule a free discovery call to discuss what you need.
Radiant Rise Creative FAQ #3: Do I need to know exactly which service I need before contacting Radiant Rise Creative?
Not at all. You don't need to know the name of the service, package, or exact solution before reaching out.
You may simply know that you're struggling to stay consistent on social media, your branding doesn't feel consistent, you need marketing materials, you're not sure what to post, or you have an idea for your business but aren't sure how to bring it together.
Tell us what you're working on, what feels difficult right now, and what you would like to accomplish. From there, Radiant Rise Creative can help identify which available service or option may make the most sense for your needs and budget.
If you'd rather talk it through, you can also schedule a free discovery call. There's no pressure to arrive with everything figured out - that's part of what the conversation is for.
Radiant Rise Creative FAQ #4: Can I request a custom project or a service that isn't listed on the website?
Yes! If you have a creative design, social media, branding, or marketing project in mind that you don't see specifically listed on the website, you're welcome to ask.
Send an inquiry with as much information as you currently have, including what you're trying to create, how you plan to use it, any important specifications, and your preferred deadline if you have one.
Radiant Rise Creative will review the request to determine whether the project is a good fit and whether it can reasonably be completed within the requested timeframe. If it falls outside the services currently offered, we'll let you know rather than taking on a project that isn't the right fit.
Custom projects may require a custom quote based on the scope, complexity, and requirements of the work.
Radiant Rise Creative FAQ #5: How much do Radiant Rise Creative services cost?
Pricing varies depending on the service, project scope, complexity, and what is included.
Some Radiant Rise Creative services and packages have established pricing, while custom projects may require an individual quote based on what you need.
Current pricing and package information can be found on the Radiant Rise Creative pages of this website. If your project requires a custom quote, pricing will be discussed before work begins so you know what to expect.
If you're working with a specific budget, you're welcome to mention it when you reach out. While every budget may not be able to accommodate every service or project, Radiant Rise Creative can help you understand which available options may make the most sense without pressuring you into services you don't need.
Radiant Rise Creative FAQ #6: What is the Founding Clent Special?
The Founding Client Special is a limited introductory offer created for the first three qualifying Radiant Rise Creative clients.
For the Growth Package, qualifying Founding Clients may receive the introductory rate of $425 per month for their first three months instead of the standard $549 monthly rate.
The special is limited to the first three qualifying clients and is subject to availability. Once all Founding Clients spots have been filled, the promotional rate will no longer be available to new clients.
The services included in the package, payments requirements, project expectations, approval process, revisions, and other applicable terms will be provided before services begin.
If you see the Founding Client Special advertised and would like to know whether a spot is still available, please contact Radiant Rise Creative before purchasing or making plans based on the promotional rate.
Radiant Rise Creative FAQ #7: What is a free discovery call?
A free discovery call is a no-pressure conversation where we can talk about your business, what you're currently working on, where you may be struggling, and what kind of support you're looking for.
You don't need to prepare a formal presentation or know exactly which service you need. The goal is simply to learn more about your business and give you an opportunity to ask questions about Radiant Rise Creative.
During the call, we may discuss your current marketing or social media presence, branding, content needs, upcoming projects, goals, budget, or other areas that are relevant to what you're trying to accomplish.
If Radiant Rise Creative has a service that appears to be a good fit, we can discuss possible next steps. If not, that's okay too.
A discovery call is not a commitment to purchase services, and there is no obligation to become a client afterward.
Radiant Rise Creative FAQ #8: How do I schedule a free discovery call?
Start by completing the Free Discovery Call Request form on the Radiant Rise Creative website. The form gives you a chance to share some basic information about your business and what you would like to discuss.
After your request is submitted, you'll receive the next steps for scheduling your discovery call and selecting an available appointment time.
Submitting the request form by itself does not mean an appointment has been scheduled. Your discover call is considered scheduled once you have completed the booking process and received confirmation for a specific date and time.
Please use accurate contact information when completing the form so you can receive scheduling information, confirmations, and any necessary updates regarding your appointment.
Radiant Rise Creative FAQ #9: Do I need to prepare anything for my discovery call?
You don't need to prepare anything formal for your discovery call.
It can be helpful to have your business website and social media accounts available, if you have them, along with a general idea of what you're struggling with or what you would like help accomplishing.
You're also welcome to bring examples, inspiration, questions, or ideas you've been considering - but don't worry if you don't have any of those yet.
Come as you are with whatever stage your business is currently in. You don't need perfect branding, a finished website, a detailed marketing strategy, or even the right words to explain what you need. We can talk through ti together.
The discovery call is meant to learn about your business and determine whether Radiant Rise Creative may be a good fit - not to test how prepared you are.
Radiant Rise Creative FAQ #10: What if I'm late, need to reschedule or miss my discovery call?
Life happens, and sometimes plan change. If you know you won't be able to attend your scheduled discovery call, please reschedule or contact Radiant Rise Creative as soon as possible so the appointment time can be made available again.
If you arrive late, the call may still need to end at the originally scheduled time so other commitments and appointments are not affected.
If you miss your appointment without notice, you may request another available discovery-call time. Repeated no-shows or last-minute scheduling issues may affect the ability to book additional complimentary calls.
If Radiant Rise Creative ever needs to reschedule an appointment from our side, you'll be contacted as soon as possible and given the opportunity to select another available time.
Radiant Rise Creative FAQ #11: What happens after the discovery call if I want to work with Radiant Rise Creative?
If you decide you'd like to move forward, the next steps will depend on the service or project you're interested in.
Radiant Rise Creative will confirm the recommended service, package, or project scope and provide the applicable pricing and next-step information. Depending on the project, you may also receive agreements, questionnaires, intake forms, payment instructions, request for brand materials, or other onboarding information.
You'll have an opportunity to review the details before work begins and ask questions if something is unclear.
A discovery call by itself does not start a project or reserve production time. Your project is considered officially accepted and scheduled only after the required onboarding steps, agreements, and payment requirements for that service have been completed.
Once onboarding is complete, you'll receive information about what is needed from you and what to expect as your project moves forward.
Radiant Rise Creative FAQ #12: When does work on my project officially begin?
Work begins after your project has been officially accepted and all required steps needed to start have been completed.
Depending on the service, this may include completing your agreement or project documents, submitting required payment, completing questionnaire or intake forms, providing requested content or brand materials, and granting any necessary account or file access.
Submitting an inquiry, scheduling a discovery call, discussing a project, or receiving a quote does not by itself mean that work has started or that a specific production date has been reserved.
Any estimated turnaround time begins according to the terms provided for your specific service or project and may depend on Radiant Rise Creative having everything needed from you to begin.
If required information, materials, approvals, access, or payment are delayed, the project timeline may also need to be adjusted.
Radiant Rise Creative FAQ #13: How long will my project take?
Turnaround time depends on the type, size, and complexity of your project.
Radiant Rise Creative uses estimated business-day production ranges for different services. For example, individual social media content may generally require 2 - 4 business days, while carousels and short-form content may require approximately 3 - 5 business days. Larger projects, complex digital projects, or monthly content batches may require approximately 5 - 10 business days.
Your specific timeline will depend on the service selected, current project schedule, project requirements, and whether all necessary information, materials, access, and approvals have been received.
Turnaround times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless a specific deadline has been agreed to in writing.
Delays in receiving requested materials, feedback, approvals, access, or other information from the client may extend the timeline.
Radiant Rise Creative FAQ #14: Do you offer rush or same-day services?
Rush service may be available for select projects depending on the type of work, current workload, and requested deadline. Rush requests must be approved before the project is considered a rush project, and an additional rush fee will apply.
Radiant Rise Creative does not offer same-day turnaround. Paying a rush fee does not guarantee that every requested deadline can be accommodated.
If you have a specific date you need your project completed by, please mention it as early as possible when submitting your inquiry. We'll review the request and let you know whether the timeline is realistic before you commit to the project.
Rush availability can vary, so please do not assume a shortened turnaround is available until is has been confirmed in writing.
Radiant Rise Creative FAQ #15: How many revisions are included with my project?
Unless your specific service or agreement states otherwise, one consolidated revision round is included with your project.
A consolidated revision means reviewing the work provided to you and sending all requested changes together in one clear round of feedback. This allows Radiant Rise Creative to address your requested changes efficiently and helps prevent unnecessary delays or confusion.
For example, instead of sending one change and then sending several additional changes separately afterward, please review the full project and combine your feedback before submitting your revision request.
Requests that go beyond the included revision round may be considered an additional revision and are currently subject to a $40 additional revision fee.
A revision is intended to make reasonable adjustments to the approved project direction. Requests that substantially change the original concept, scope, format, or project requirements may require a new quote rather than being treated as a standard revision.
Any service-specific revision terms provided in your proposal, agreement, or project information will apply to that project.
Radiant Rise Creative FAQ #16: How long do I have to review and approve my content or project?
Unless otherwise stated for your specific project, clients are asked to review submitted work and provide approval or consolidated revision feedback within 3 business days.
When reviewing your project, please check the content carefully, including wording, spelling, names, dates, contact information, pricing, links, design details, and any other information specific to your business.
If changes are needed, please submit your feedback together as one consolidated revision request whenever possible.
Feedback received after the review period may affect the original project schedule, publishing schedule, or anticipated completion date. Depending on the delay and current workload, the project may need to be moved to the next available production time.
Final approval means you are confirming that you have reviewed the work and are satisfied with it. Once content or a design has been approved and finalized, changes requested afterward may be treated as additional work and may require an additional fee.
Radiant Rise Creative FAQ #17: What do I need to provide for my project?
What you'll need to provide depends on the service or project, and Radiant Rise Creative will let you know what is needed during the onboarding.
This may include your logo and brand files, brand colors and fonts, business information, website and social media links, photographs or videos, product or service details, pricing, promotions, contact information, examples or inspiration, and any other materials needed to complete the work.
For certain services, you may also need to complete questionnaires, provide access to specific accounts or shared folders, or supply additional information about your business, audience, goals, and preferences.
Please provide accurate, current information and make sure you have permission to use any photographs, graphics, logos, written content, music, or other materials you submit for use in your project.
Your project timeline may be delayed if required information, files, access, or materials are missing or provided late.
Don't worry if you don't already have every branding element or know exactly what to provide. If something is needed, Radiant Rise Creative will let you know.
Radiant Rise Creative FAQ #18: How do I send my photos, logos, videos, and other project files?
Once your project is ready to begin, Radiant Rise Creative will provide instructions for submitting the files and materials needed for your project.
When applicable, you may be provided with access to a designated client upload folder where you can submit items such as logo, brand files, photographs, videos, graphics, documents, and other project materials.
Please use the requested upload method whenever possible rather than sending project files across multiple emails, text messages, or social media DMs. Keeping everything in one place helps prevent files, instructions, and important information from being missed.
Whenever possible, upload original, high-quality files rather than screenshots or compressed copies. Clearly naming your files can also make it easier to identify what should be used.
If you're unsure how to upload something or which file format to provide, just ask. Radiant Rise Creative will let you know what is needed for your specific project.
Radiant Rise Creative FAQ #19: Will Radiant Rise Creative need access to my social media or business accounts?
It depends it depends on the service you choose. Some projects can be completed without any access to your accounts, while certain social media, profile optimization, scheduling, or account-related services may require appropriate access.
If access is needed, Radiant Rise Creative will explain which account or platform is required, why access is necessary, and how it should be provided.
Whenever a platform allows you to grant business, partner, team member, or other authorized access without sharing your personal password, that method is preferred.
Please do not send passwords or sensitive login information through social media DMs, text messages, or other unsecured messages unless you have been specifically provided with an approved method for securely sharing the information.
Only provide access that is necessary for the agreed-upon service. You remain responsible for maintaining control of your accounts and may update or revoke access when appropriate after services are completed.
Radiant Rise Creative FAQ #20: Will I get to review my social media content before it is posted?
Yes. When content approval is part of your service, you'll have an opportunity to review the content prepared for your business before it is scheduled or published.
This gives you a chance to check captions, graphics, business information, offers, dates, pricing, and other important details and either approve the content or submit your included consolidated revision feedback.
Clients are generally asked to provide approval or revision feedback within 3 business days so the planned content and production schedule can stay on track.
Depending on the service you selected, Radiant Rise Creative may create the content for you to publish yourself or may assist with planning and scheduling the approved content. Your specific service details will explain what is included.
Content will not be intentionally published on your behalf before any required client approval has been received.
Once you approve content, you are confirming that you have reviewed the information and authorized it for use. Changes requested after final approval or publication may be considered additional work.
Radiant Rise Creative FAQ #21: Can Radiant Rise Creative guarantee followers, engagement, leads, sales, or viral content?
No. Radiant Rise Creative cannot guarantee a specific number of followers, likes, comments, views, website visits, leads, sales, conversions, or other marketing results - and no individual post can be guaranteed to go viral.
Social media and marketing performance can be influenced by many factors outside of Radiant Rise Creative's control, including platform algorithms, audience behavior, industry, competition, pricing, offers, advertising, seasonality, account history, and changes made by individual platforms.
The goal o Radiant Rise Creative is to help your business build a stronger and more intentional presence through thoughtful strategy, consistent branding, useful content, and marketing support based on your individual goals.
Performance may be reviewed when analytics or reporting are included with your service, and those insights can help guide future decisions. However, past performance does not guarantee future results.
Radiant Rise Creative focuses on creating and supporting strategy - not promising numbers that cannot realistically be controlled.
Radiant Rise Creative FAQ #22: Will I own the designs or content Radiant Rise Creative creates for me?
Ownership and usage rights depend on the type of service or project and the terms provided for that specific work.
Once all required payments have been completed, clients generally receive the right to use the approved final deliverables for the intended business or marketing purposes described in their project agreement.
Certain elements may be subject to separate licensing or usage restrictions. This can include stock photography, fonts, templates, software assets, platform-provided elements, or other third-party materials that Radiant Rise Creative does not independently own and therefore cannot transfer ownership of.
Drafts, unused concepts, working files, preliminary designs, and other materials that are not part of the approved final deliverables are not automatically included.
Your proposal, agreement, or project terms will explain the rights that apply to your specific project. If you need a particular type of usage or ownership right, please discuss it before the project begins so it can be addressed appropriately.
Radiant Rise Creative FAQ #23: Will I receive editable Canva files or source files?
Not automatically. Unless editable or source files are specifically included in the service you purchased or agreed to as part of your project, your final deliverables will generally be provided in the finished file formats appropriate for their intended use.
Editable Canva files, templates, working files, source files, drafts, unused concepts, and other behind-the-scenes project materials are not automatically included simply because Radiant Rise Creative created the finished design.
If you need an editable version of the design, please mention this before the project begins. Radiant Rise Creative can let you know whether an editable file is available for that type of project and whether additional terms or fees apply.
Some designs may also contain licensed fonts, photographs, graphics, Canva elements, or other third-party assets. Access to or continued use of those elements may depend on the applicable platform, account type, or third-party license.
Your specific project agreement or service details will identify what final files and deliverables are included.
Radiant Rise Creative FAQ #24: Will Radiant Rise Creative share my completed project in its portfolio, website, or social media?
Radiant Rise Creative may request permission to feature completed client work as an example of services provided, including in a portfolio, on the website, or through social media and other promotional materials.
When applicable, any portfolio or promotional-use terms for your project will be explained in your agreement or project information.
Radiant Rise Creative understands that some projects may involve private, confidential, unreleased, or time-sensitive information. Materials that should remain confidential will not be intentionally shared publicly before they are authorized for release.
If you have specific privacy concerns do not want a particular project publicly featured, please discuss this before the project begins so the appropriate expectations can be documented.
Client passwords, private account information, confidential documents, payment information, and other sensitive information provided solely tp complete a project are never considered portfolio content.
Radiant Rise Creative FAQ #25: What happens if I need to cancel my project after it has started?
If you need to cancel a project after work has begun, please contact Radiant Rise Creative as soon as possible.
Cancellation terms depend on the service, project stage, work already completed, and the agreement or terms accepted for your project. Payments already made may be non-refundable in whole or in part once work has begun, resources have been committed, or production time has been reserved, as outlined in your applicable agreement.
Any completed work, work in progress, outstanding balance, final-file eligibility, and usage rights will be handled according to the terms of your specific project.
For ongoing or monthly services, separate cancellation or notice requirements may apply.
If an unexpected situation comes up, please communicate as early as possible. Radiant Rise Creative will review the project status and explain the applicable next steps based on your agreemennt.
Radiant Rise Creative FAQ #26: When is payment due for Radiant Rise Creative services?
Payment requirements depend on the service, package, or project you select.
Before work begins, Radiant Rise Creative will provide the applicable pricing and payment information for your project. Depending on the service, payment may be required in full before work begins, divided according to an agreed payment schedule, or billed accordingly to the terms of an ongoing service agreement.
Any required initial payment must be received before production begins or project time is reserved unless different arrangements have been confirmed in writing.
Additional charges may apply when applicable, such as approved rush service, additional revisions, added deliverables, or work requested outside the original project scope. Any additional work requiring a new charge will be discussed before it is added to your project.
Please follow the payment instructions provided with your invoice or project information. Never send full credit card numbers or other sensitive payment information through email, text messages, or social media DMs.
Your specific proposal, invoice, agreement, or service terms will always control the payment requirements for your individual project.
Radiant Rise Creative FAQ #27: Can I add more services or change the project after work has started?
Possibly. If you decide you need something additional after your project has started, just ask and Radiant Rise Creative will review the request.
Small adjustments that fall within the original project scope may be handled through the applicable revision process. However, requests that add new deliverables, services, formats, platforms, concepts, significantly change the original direction of the project may be considered additional work.
If your request changes the original project scope, Radiant Rise Creative will let you know whether an additional fee, updated quote, new agreement, or adjusted timeline is required before the additional work begins.
Adding work to an active project may also affect the original completion date.
Nothing additional will be assumed simply because it was mentioned during the project. Any work outside the original agreed scope should be confirmed before production begins on the added request.
Radiant Rise Creative FAQ #28: How should I communicate with Radiant Rise Creative during my project?
Once your project begins, Radiant Rise Creative will let you know the preferred method of communication for your specific project.
Please use the designated communication method whenever possible for project questions, feedback, approvals, revisions, and important updates. Keeping project communication in one primary place makes it easier to maintain an accurate record of decisions and helps prevent information from being overlooked.
Social media DMs are not recommended for active project instructions, approvals, revision requests, account credentials, or other important information unless Radiant Rise Creative specifically asks you to use them.
Please allow reasonable time for responses. Radiant Rise Creative is independently operated, and messages may not be answered immediately, during evenings, weekends, holidays, or outside established availability.
If something is time-sensitive, clearly identify the deadline in your message. Marking a request as urgent does not automatically make it eligible for rush service or guarantee an immediate response.
Radiant Rise Creative FAQ #29: What does "business day" mean for project timelines?
When Radiant Rise Creative provides a turnaround time in business days, the estimate refers to Monday through Friday and does not include weekends or recognized holidays.
For example, a 3-business day production period does not mean three consecutive calendar days if a weekend or holiday falls within that timeframe.
Business-day estimates also begin according to the start requirements for your specific project. The timeline may not begin simply because an inquiry was submitted, a discovery call took place, or a project was discussed. Required payment, agreements, information, files, access, or other onboarding items may need to be completed first.
Client delays in providing materials, feedback, revisions, or approvals may pause or extend the project timeline.
If your project has a specific event, launch, promotion, or other deadline, please provide that date as early as possible so Radiant Rise Creative can determine whether the requested timeline can reasonably be accomodated.
Radiant Rise Creative FAQ #30: How does Radiant Rise Creative handle my business information and confidential materials?
Radiant Rise Creative understands that completing a project may require clients to provide business information, unpublished materials, account access, files, strategies, or other information that is not intended for public use.
Information and materials provided for a project will be used as reasonably necessary to complete and manage the agreed services and will not be intentionally shared publicly simply because they were provided to Radiant Rise Creative.
Please provide account access and sensitive business information when it is necessary for your service and through the method requested for your project. Do not send full payment - card information, personal passwords, or other highly sensitive information through social media DMs, text messages, or unsecured communication methods.
If your project contains information that must remain confidential, unreleased until a specific date or subject to special restrictions, please identify that before work begins so those requirements can be discussed and documented.
Any specific confidentiality, data-handling, or access terms included in your client agreement will apply to your project.
