WHAT TO EXPECT
Monthly support is designed to make your marketing easier, more consistent, and more intentional. Once you select a package, we’ll complete a simple onboarding process so I can learn about your business, brand, audience, goals, and content needs.
1. SIMPLE ONBOARDING
We’ll start by gathering the information, branding, materials, account access, and content needed to begin creating for your business.
2. CONTENT + APPROVAL
Content is planned and created based on your package. When approval is needed, you’ll have an opportunity to review your content before it is scheduled or finalized.
3. REVISIONS
Each monthly package includes on sonsolidated revision round. Revision requests should be submitted together so changed can be completed efficiently.
4. ONGOING SUPPORT
Your monthly services continue according to your selected package, giving your business consistent creative and marketing support throughout the month.
A FEW THINGS TO KNOW
Monthly packages are designed for one business/brand unless otherwise stated.
Clients are responsible for providing requested business information, brand assets, approvals, account access, and any photos or video footage required for their content.
Services and deliverables are limited to those specifically included in the selected package. Additional services, deliverables, platforms, revisions, or work outside the package scope may require an additional fee and will be quoted separately.
Content quantities apply to the monthly service period and unused deliverables do not automatically roll over to future months.
Basic Reels included in the Full Presence package are created using client-provided, usable footage and do not include on-site filming or professional videography.
Routine engagement support included with Full Presence is limited to up to 15 minutes per business day, Monday through Friday, and is not intended to provide continuous account monitoring or customer-service coverage.
